Product Introduction
The production process of alumina fiber paper belongs to nonwoven technology. It involves spreading fibers into a uniform fiber web through blowing and electrospinning, and then mechanically entangling and reinforcing the fibers within the web to form an inorganic fiber paper-like product. It is lightweight, soft, and contains no organic components. There will be no smoke or fire issues during high-temperature processes. The long-term service temperature of alumina fiber paper can reach 1500℃, and the maximum usage temperature is 1600℃. When exposed to this temperature for a long time in an oxidizing atmosphere, a neutral atmosphere or a slightly reducing atmosphere, it can still maintain its original toughness, strength, softness and fiber structure. Fiber paper with a thickness of 0.2 to 1mm has excellent processability and great market potential in the field of high-temperature composite materials.
