Product Introduction
Alumina fiber needled blanket is made by optimizing the web layout of alumina short fibers and then needling them through our self-developed equipment. It is completely processed physically and contains no organic components. The double-sided needling process enhances the bonding force between fibers and ensures the tensile strength of the finished needled blanket. The long-term operating temperature can reach up to 1500℃, and the maximum operating temperature is 1600℃. When exposed to this temperature for a long time in an oxidizing atmosphere, neutral atmosphere or weakly reducing atmosphere, it can still maintain its toughness, strength, softness and fiber structure. Alumina fiber blankets have particularly outstanding heat insulation performance and do not require special atmosphere protection. It has a high operating temperature and is resistant to acid and alkali erosion.
