Product Introduction
High-density non-stick calcium aluminosilicate board is a kind of asbestos-free refractory material with high strength, low shrinkage rate and low thermal conductivity. It mainly comes in two types: glass fiber reinforced and carbon fiber reinforced. The volume density is generally 800-1000kg/m ³, and the maximum service temperature is 1000° C. Knowles adopts a unique fiber dispersion technology to evenly distribute the fibers in the calcium silicate matrix In this process, the high-temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance of the board have been greatly enhanced. High-density non-stick calcium aluminosilicate board features excellent thermal shock stability, superior mechanical processing performance, and non-stick aluminum properties. It can be conveniently processed into various precision components and is mainly used in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry, especially in LPDC,HPDC,CPC and gravity casting related equipment, such as hot top rings, transition plates, covers, gate plates, nozzles, casting boxes, flow channels, sleeves, etc.
